The good: saves searches, easy to contact owners. What would make it better: search by half bath (.5), and availability date. Also some houses show as “single family home” when it’s a townhome.

I’m looking to buy a house or condo in Ft. Myers Beach in the future and Trulia is so complete and thorough with information on homes.
