I don’t like the new update I had this one house saved and I wanted to look at it again, it wouldn’t let me look at the pictures it only let me look at it from above. I liked the app better before.

I’m not great with many search-based apps; I have adhd and I get frustrated when they’re complicated or glitchy. This app is as simple as I could want. I can click on a house and see all of the info I need and apply filters that make my search easy. Really glad this exists!
Filter Function Needs Work

The main problem I have with Trulia (and other websites/apps like it) is that the fitler function sorts by whole property, not by unit. So if I am looking for a 2 bed 2 bath for less than $1200, the filter will display all properties that have a 2/2 OR a unit for <1200. The 2/2 may be $3000, and the <1200 may be a studio, but the apartment has both! This just makes it much harder than it could be, and pretty much defeats the purpose of having a filter function at all. Apartment List is a much better app.

I don’t like the fact that there’s no receipt of messages or a way to follow up with places you may be interested in. I’ve tried to look into several places I’ve sent “emails”, “1 click availability”, and I haven’t heard back from 1 of these places and there’s no way to check if you’re “message” has went through or maybe I’m not using the app right idk but as right now, I don’t seem to like how that app works in that aspect. There should be a message area through the app that shows receipt that I reached out to realtors and they can reach back out to clients through the app. I’m waiting on an email (reply) that I don’t even know that was received. Frustrating.
