Their “Affordability” guidance is NOT good 4 U

They are manipulating you into paying more for rent than is really advised. They say “keep rent to 1/3rd of your income” … this is NOT what is advisable. NO WONDER most of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.. rarely able to save and eventually become a homeowner. The REAL guideline is to keep your total cost of housing (including cost of utilities, etc) to 30% of your income.

I mean the app itself is ok it works good. Ive had it for about a month now. except all of a sudden it just stopped working. anytime i type in a location it says it cant find one. Yet its the sane locations i've been using this entire time. Strange. Unsatisfactory.

I love Trulia especially for the crime maps. My only wish is that they could tell you two things so I don’t have to also use Zillow and that is property value estimate and flood zone status, all of these home apps have their advantages but it’d be cool if one site had it all!
Latest update stinks !

App was working great. Latest update and I no longer get alerts for new homes even though it’s listed as my preference. All my saved searches have disappeared even though I am logged in . Come on guys , you have to do better.
