Barcode went away for me

It was working fine then last week my barcode went away for some reason and haven’t been able to pull it back up.

Worthless after last update. Barcode no longer available in the app so you have to give your phone number to the employee at the front desk. Not worth keeping in my phone.

My app doesn’t give me the option to “Add to Apple Wallet” like they say it does. In order to scan my barcode I have to log into the app every time (when it lets me) then scan from the app. If it doesn’t let me log in I have to wait in line at the front desk until they can do it with my phone number.

It’s a ripoff! Not only does the app lack enough info and access but the company itself is badly managed. They rob you from the start, make you read your contact because they will sign you for stuff that you didn’t ask for. And to add insult to injury, when your contact is up they automatically enroll you into a month to month without asking you. I didn’t want a personal trainer but I agree to one but only for four sessions. After the four I decided that I no longer wanted to continue. But they kept charging me for for one. Come to found out they had signed me up for 48 session with a trainer and would not change it nor would they refund my money. When trying to rectify the situation several employees to me that they didn’t have a boss and that everything was handle thru email but wouldn’t give the email. But instead I had to read the email and send it to them and they would forward it, Please! The company as a whole is just terrible! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Including the website, TruFit’s marketing and UX/UI needs some serious help. Kinda concerned this app will get hacked and get my info. Pretty shady app, terrible user experience. Very messy. A high school comp sci student could probably do a better job than whoever created this

app is almost as trash as the gym. they never mentioned it was a 1 year unbreakable contract until after i had signed up. I’ll see y’all at LA in a year ?

I can’t use the app to check in my gym. One function. Just to check in. I’ve written and asked. I’ve downloaded latest versions. This app needs to be restructured. The gyms are poor too. Dirty. Not well taken care of. Made less attractive. Just a sad app for a sadder gym.
