Can’t reset password

The app boots me out at least twice a week, and the password on my phone is an old one. I can’t recall my last password, so when I try to reset, when I tap “Change”, nothing happens. My TruFit gym hasn’t assisted me with it. I emailed TruFit about it, and have been told they’re working on It. Meanwhile, I have to bring my ID each time I come in. The app was great to be able to scan in. Please fix it! And no more logging me out.☹️

Seems like 25% of the time it keeps me logged in and 75% of the time it logs me out and it’s very annoying. Ended up just taking a screenshot of my barcode. Wish they would tell you the hours the gym is open on the app.

This app is hard to work with. Getting the schedule is tedious. I lost my password and I can’t get back in the app. I requested a new password and have tried to reset (with no luck)several times. Also there is no tech support!

This isn’t a review for the app exactly but you guys need to fix the forgot password webpage. I forgot my password and it won’t let me change it. It is like the change button on the forgot password webpage doesn’t work I tried it on my phone, tablet, and computer doesn’t work on any of them.

THE MEMBERSHIP CARD barcode WOULD SHOW UP ON MY APPLE WATCH in the past. AFTER UPDATING THE CARD IT DOESN'T SHOW THE BARCODE. It JUST shows THE TRUFIT CARD (NOT BARCODE) ADD WALLET LOCATION FEATURE so the card can POP UP once you are on the tru fit premises. Similar to what Starbucks and chicfila has. It is hard to open the app while wearing mask and gloves.

Refusing to let me cancel

This gym hides 12 month memberships deep inside their small print of their contract and refuses to let me cancel my membership even though I Havnt gone to workout here in over a month due to it being overcrowded which is a concern due to covid but also I don’t like working out with so many people. And customer service at the front laughed and told me that it would be an extra $150 to cancel my membership.

I’ve had problems where the app logs me in then out and it just takes a ridiculously amount of time to show my barcode to the front desk. I was also recently told that I’ve been charge $2 more monthly for the new “add on” to the app where it shows over 500 different workouts and what they target and how to do them. I’ve checked over the couple of days to see if it would upload or if the app needed an update, but the workouts are not even there. Why am I paying an extra $2 a month for something I not only didn’t ask for, but doesn’t even show on the app?
