Can’t Login or Register

Everytime I try to register into the app all I get is a white screen. I’ve tried everything to fix it but at this point I’m just going to delete the app and never touch it again.

The App seems great until it doesn’t let you login, just says your credentials are incorrect even though you can sign in correctly online. Needs to be updated.

Blank white screen every time you load it. No other way to check in when you go to the club except wait for someone to look up your account. Very disappointing.

Horrible gym I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now. I’ve called, emailed, and went up there to sign papers saying I want to cancel multiple times and yet I’m still getting charges. DONT JOIN THEM!

The gym near me is clean and has most of the equipments I want. But this app is pretty bad. - have trouble retrieving my info 25% of the time - ask me to log in almost every week. This is an app, not a super security website okay? - the default setting runs my GPS location even when I’m not actively using it.

I signed up a week ago and tried to login and keep getting told my credentials can not be verified even though I can sign in online with no issues. It’s really annoying to call the gym and be told oh it’s okay don’t worry about it we can check you in using your phone number. I shouldn’t have to walk up to the desk and give my phone number whenever I want to check in. Fix the app!

I downloaded the App as instructed but could never log on and I couldn’t get a password reset because it continuously says Access denied. Had the front desk recreate the account in their computer and it worked once. Next time I went to log on….denied again. Do yourself a favor and take a screen shot of the barcode once you get it… you can use that instead of the app. Worst app I’ve used so far.

People please don’t go to this gym they lie to you about offers and discounts just to lure you in and you have to pay much more in order to get a few extras at the gym, it’s a contract and just the equipment at each gym is little to none available

Barcode on Apple Watch gets removed, couldn’t re-download the barcode to Apple Wallet, now the barcode is not even accessible in the app. Get it together!

The app is completely useless. At the minimum it won’t even specify which membership you have. The class calendar never matches the actual class schedules. The single purpose for the app is to scan for entry to gym?
