Beyond frustrating customer service

I was very excited for a real surfing game to finally hit the App Store. My excitement quickly turned to frustration as points mysteriously disappeared and I somehow lost levels over night. I tried to contact the team several times and heard nothing but silence. Now I’m on a new phone attempting to retrieve my password with absolutely no luck. Not a single email was sent to me to update/change passwords. “Customer support” is radio silent, in fact their actual support email doesn’t even work! The game itself is ok, fairly limited in maneuvers honestly, but the customer support is absolutely heinous. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I felt compelled to make others aware- don’t expect any help if you run into a problem.

Like the title says, great game, fun, somewhat realistic, great breaks and love the real-time. However, the time needed to gain clams is ridiculous. Advancing levels past 15, I imagine as I just got there, will take weeks thereby gaining clams. Sure I could spend $100, but what dirtbag will spend that on cyber cash vs. towards a real board. Burning out fast on it because of this.

Have you ever been playing true surf and you go for a 180 and it only tells you that you did a 90. Well this happens to me a lot and it gets very frustrating when I do a great maneuver and it says that I did something that was totally different. Please fix this True Axis.

Love the game and the waves are soooo gnarly. I would love to see a camera change feature to change the perspective or view of the surfer, to get a first person view when im getting tuuuuuubed! Thanks for the awesome game and helping us all stay sphyced!! Looking forward to the next update

AMAZING game, BUT

I fricking love this game, don’t get me wrong. It’s an amazing surfing simulation and loads if fun. However, I do agree with many of the other reviews out there regarding the progression system. The game kinda lacks “goals”. It’d be awesome if they added some goals or “missions” you could do in order to gain clams or xp. Otherwise, the game/simulation is fantastic!

Needs a awesome game but needs Replay Mode. Cost of New boards etc too high.

Awesome game but needs a replay mode or something you can share with friends. Share wave or save wave video clip would be epic but not sure if possible. Game play is awesome but a suggestion is to add maneuvers to the game. Let us do air grabs. Gameplay is top notch, wave quality is insane with the exception of Pipe which for some reason is only a back foot wave or am I crazy? Lastly, the cost of new boards is too high. 27,000 clams for a big wave board would take a very long time to save up and is too expensive for purchasing IMO. Keep up the awesome updates and love the game. I am a monthly subscriber too.

I love this game so much! It is super fun and really enjoyable to play, but I got signed out of my account then signed back in and lost everything. I was lvl 30 with almost all the boards. This is quite irritating to me.

1.I feel like if your in the air for any longer than 2 seconds, you just fly off your board and have no chance on landing it at all 2.i think that there should be a challenge book/daily challenges that you can complete for like maybe 100-500 clams because it take way to long to level up and the clams awarded aren’t enough 3.last but not least the scoring system should be more lenient. Like if I’m surfing through a killer barrel and top it off with a 720 and only get a 7.4 that really grinds my gears P.S. you should probably introduce an anti-cheat kinda thing because there are videos and stuff all around YouTube where you can set your time to October 2nd or something and ride 17 ft cloudbreak nonstop But other than that stuff, great game really addictive.?

Needs some new features

Suuuper fun gameplay but really needs something extra to make it more playable. Maybe more customizations for the surfer and gear. Also tournaments or competitions against the computer or other players where you can win money and prizes and stuff. Just an idea! ?
