Beyond frustrating customer service – True Surf Review

I was very excited for a real surfing game to finally hit the App Store. My excitement quickly turned to frustration as points mysteriously disappeared and I somehow lost levels over night. I tried to contact the team several times and heard nothing but silence. Now I’m on a new phone attempting to retrieve my password with absolutely no luck. Not a single email was sent to me to update/change passwords. “Customer support” is radio silent, in fact their actual support email doesn’t even work! The game itself is ok, fairly limited in maneuvers honestly, but the customer support is absolutely heinous. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I felt compelled to make others aware- don’t expect any help if you run into a problem.
