I’d rather flip through paper guides than deal with that stupid ad on the map.

I purchased 2 years subscription and after 2 months they texted me another offer (by mistake) $220 less than what I paid for, i asked for a refund and they are ignoring me for more than 4 months, I called more than 11 times, sent emails, spoke with managers, every time they tell me someone from the accounting department will contact you, they never call back. Cheaters.

Good when it doesn’t crash

It’s frustrating to pay for the ap only to have it crash or freeze while I’m driving. I don’t have time or attention to fiddle with resetting my device or re input directions while I pilot an 80000 lbs vehicle down I-95 in the Bronx. I don’t mind paying for a useful product. You can charge me $20 a month if want if you get the thing to be as reliable as Waze.

There is no secret that this app is a must have for new and old timers alike. Offers truck routing, you can check where all the truck parking is, and availability as well as what weight stations are open and diesel prices and much more. Very good app it has helped me a lot. Use it daily. My only suggestion to the developer is to add another tab when you click on a icon on the map (such as a truck stop, parking, weight station etc) after reviews. They should add like a question tab or something like that. On the reviews people are always reviewing places 1 or 5 stars just to ask “can anyone update the parking?” Without actually checking the place out leading to an unfair review. That extra tab should be organized by date and time for the question and then have a reply section under it so someone can answer the questions instead of leaving a random unfair rating.

What was once a great tool for drivers has become an ad infested / profit motivated app. While the core useful elements are still there. They are buried under the app developers race to monetise.

Hello, i70/i76 it seems to avoid a block of the run from the last tunnel in pa heading to Ohio to the 70 connector in pa but it seems to be on both bounded sides. It’s trying to add another 30min-1 hour to the route. Please fix this ASAP.

Updated my app and suddenly many locations are no longer there. Used to be really nice. I tried to leave a review for a location. Tried logging in through FB and said I had previously logged in with FB but wouldn't let me log in. I guess this is a way to force people to buy the paid version? Will all the locations that disappeared show up again?
