I’m quite upset because I signed up for a 7 day free trial gold subscription. In less than 2 hours I realized the app was terrible and not what I wanted. I wanted to cancel the subscription and then realized they charged me $105 for a full year subscription. I want my money back. Your app is garbage compared to free alternatives.

This is by far the WORST APP for a long haul trucker. Won’t find the majority of locations we need. Multiple times will re route and send you the wrong way. Waste of time and money. JUNK APP

I tried to find a proper channel to address but this is only way to get to yous. App is fine, but whats up with new feature of once I open your app my other sources of sound shut off and stays off? How can I shut this off? Thanks

After using the app for more than 4 yrs just to check the weigh stations status and rest areas I was trying to navigate but I didn’t know I have to pay a subscription to use the navigation, the first 2 yrs I could navigate without asking to pay and now it’s asking to. Too bad because after seeing too many adds now they want money to navigate.

I use this app as a motor coach driver. It has been helpful in quite a few situations with clearance and help finding fuel. It does better travel time estimates for the bus for sure. However, the actual GPS is sad. Doesn’t have some landmarks, addresses, or even cities that have been around for years. I have to use google maps at the same time to make sure trucker path is realistic and knows where all the newest roads are. I imagine you’re trying to cut cost by using a cheaper gps data source, but it’s my biggest complaint by far.
No customer service unless your bludgeoned with getting a subscription

Just started driving truck and was enjoying the app enough to consider a subscription. Then the new update hit and the ads were killing off my music and audiobook apps. Couldn’t use them @ the same time. It’s an easy fix that helps the customer. They offered no help unless I signed for a subscription. Companies putting profit ahead of a working product and lost a would be customer. Not good.

Why cant I change my route to a gas stop and then continue on my route the new update is asking it to just be added as a next stop please please fix this
