The newest app update is NOT an upgrade. The ‘ASAP’ order is no longer an option, the soonest it will allow you to order is 15 minutes and the store does not receive the order ticket immediately. PLEASE fix this!!

They took away the “Please make my order ASAP” option which completely ruins the purpose of this app. Now if I order at 1150 the soonest it will allow it to go through is 1215 which is worse than going and standing in line. Bring that functionality back

I really enjoy the restaurant and the app is very convenient but you can’t fully customize the smoothie through the app. You can’t add fruit or white/milk/dark chocolate but if I was there to order in person I could get it completely customized. Why???

I scan my app every time I get a smoothie but I never get the free smoothie after spending the 55$.
This recent App update is HORRIBLE

Since the recent update this app has been horrible. The old app you place your order and it will be ready as soon as possible. The store would actually get the ticket printed. Now the store does not receive the ticket right away. I will place my order, go to the stor right before the time for pick up is supposed to be, and they still have yet to receive the ticket. Very disappointed. It’s to the point where I don’t even want to go to the store anymore. Convenience is at an all time low.
