It takes longer to use the app and it won’t save my local store. Opens up every time and puts me at some store in Florida. I’m hundreds of miles away. Thankfully I catch it before I pay and complete the order but u have to redo my entire order.
Wish it allowed to specify instructions n can’t order

The app does what it needs. Just wish it allowed for customers to write instructions, e.g. in the case where you don’t want sauce. Update: can’t order because I have to pick up a date and time for pickup but nothing shows so I can’t choose anything.

Ordering used to be quick and easy. My location was saved and a couple of clicks later I could submit my order. My order was always ready when I arrived. Now, with the update, I always have to change my location but also the order doesn’t print out until after I’ve already arrived (I’m writing this review while waiting on my order, coincidentally). There is no point in ordering online if the restaurant doesn’t receive the order until after I get here. It would be quicker to go through the drive thru. Please fix this.

I was $2 away from $5 off and the app just reset me all the way back to $55 till I get my $5 off. Customer support has been working on my issue since last week. Still not resolved, so you guys won’t be getting any more of my business until you fix the problem.

On my first visit I had trepidation bc I didn’t know what to order, of course I went through the drive-thru, not a good call on my part (lol). Make your first visit a personalized one and go inside. You’ll get a better sense of all the menu items they offer. The name states, “The Tropical Smoothie Cafe’”, however, they offer a wonderful selection of healthy tasty foods such as wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches, bowls (same as wraps & sandwiches without the bread), fruits & superfoods... of course, don’t forget the delicious and customizable Smoothie!! And, for just a small amount, you can make it a meal! I tried their “banana, peanut butter, granola & honey on flatbread”, which is part of their breakfast menu, along with my customized smoothie and it was a delightful choice! All the team members have great attitudes & deliver the best customer service! The store manager, John, took time out of his busy day, to discuss a couple suggestions I had with the app. Since my husband calls me, “Sally”, I stand true to that by ordering off the menu and then customizing to what I prefer... I’m hoping they come up with a name for MY special smoothie ?. A big thank you and shout out to Kristy who has gone above and beyond when she’s working to make sure my (special) smoothie is made to perfection!! I guess you could say I’m a regular now & love going there when I don’t have time to make my homemade superfood smoothie at home! One more thing... besides how great the food and service is, i can’t emphasize how important the location is!! You’ll notice the location is surrounded by fast-food places, i.e., Sonic, Del Taco, Burger King, etc. There is a Jimmy John’s, however, it’s nice to chance things up once in a while, and, they don’t serve Superfoods!!
