This recent App update is HORRIBLE – Tropical Rewards App Review

Since the recent update this app has been horrible. The old app you place your order and it will be ready as soon as possible. The store would actually get the ticket printed. Now the store does not receive the ticket right away. I will place my order, go to the stor right before the time for pick up is supposed to be, and they still have yet to receive the ticket. Very disappointed. It’s to the point where I don’t even want to go to the store anymore. Convenience is at an all time low.
