I used to send an email and it would show my itinerary automatically. Now it shows my booking in the TripCase inbox the same way as if I had it in my email and I am asked to enter the info manually. What value is that?

Quick overview -so far so Good . The countdown is a Good idea -way better -is an actual countdown clock: days,minutes,hours and seconds .I bet people will pay extra for that and the anticipation is half the fun. Add Apple watch function and make it a complication that’s a no brainer. Add a component to emails where it ask you add it to Trip-case it and make it default-a programmer should create a code for that-it should not be too difficult. Your App support in Apple store is down.

VeIt was very practical and accurate. I did not need any other tool to take control of my trips! I am missing it ☹️

Last time, my trip was labeled as my connecting airport not end destination. Odd, but, I worked around it. This time, I forwarded an email with hotel reservation information for San Jose, Costa Rica. TC calls it my San Juan trip. Wrong country! Gave me a wicked startle wondering if the hotel got booked in the wrong country. No. Why does TC get this wrong? This app is to help me keep it straight. Nope. It does not.
Had to reinstall to make it work

Decent functionality, but recently would just spin infinitely instead of opening. The only solution was to delete and reinstall. Also, it is falling behind iOS: why is there a Touch ID but no Face ID option?
Broken... for a few months now

What do you think I should do? Delete the app and reinstall... am I supposed to debug your software for you? I really like your product, just not sure where you went wrong
iMessage app missing

Hi, I use the app a lot and the iMessage app was one of the best and I constantly used it to share my itinerary snapshots - they looked beautiful. But with the latest update, the iMessage app no longer seems to be available.
Useful When Works

The app is great to inform you abou flight gate, delays and other useful information. However, different than most of the apps, every time I want access something in the app I have to login. To login is nightmare. Sometimes I try about 4-5 times in a row and nothing happens. You have to keep trying. Unfortunately that is a waste of the consumer’s time.
