What a great app

I don't travel often but when I do I use this app. It's awesome. You can even email any itinerary and it figures out the format and displays is this very easy to use app. Highly recommended. I have been using this for over 3 years now. It's great. Simple interface that has all the relevant details. Works really well with email integration. Awesome job guys.

No longer reliable

It used to be great but it no longer links to American Airlines. I had a flight time change but the app never updated it. Luckily, it was a later time change rather than earlier, or I would have missed my flight.

TripCase used to be amazing! But it doesn’t update my flight schedules. When the airline decides to change their flight schedule, TripCase doesn’t update the new departure/arrival time. It only displays the original departure/arrival times. Hope TripCase fixes these issues.

Worst app to use

This is a totally useless app. I don’t know who rated it more than 1 star. Waste of time and space I deleted it right away.

Last update eliminated all text on iPhone 7 Plus

TripCase is a very useful travel organizer, but there last update is broken. When you open the app, all text has disappeared—making the app effectively useless.

I use to just fire off my itinerary from work in an email to TripCase. It would then auto generate and be right there in the app. Now I just get an email saying it was put in my TripCase inbox. What good is that? If I have to plug all the info I myself then what use is the app? There are plenty of other apps that I could do that with. It’s a shame because this use to work great. And of course there is no real customer service to talk to. Smh

I really like TripCase and the online computer experience is solid and it works great. My TripCase app only works when it want to...which isn’t often. I am struggling to get this to work.

Timeline out of order

The timeline for my trip is never in the correct order. For example, the app will show my connecting flight before my first flight. There seems to be no way to fix this. Also, I also have trips labeled as traveling to the layover city rather than my actual destination. If you can’t fix the import, at least let me edit the timeline order.

I don’t use very often but when ever I do I always have a hard time accessing. I always have to reset my password and it’s a hassle to sign in.

I had three different apps that I tried and I thought this was the best, by far. Unfortunately, the most recent versions have been very disappointing. When I send my itinerary to the import email address, it does not convert them. It shows the first leg of my first day as my outbound flight and the second leg of my outbound flight as my return flight. I’ve had email exchanges with the support people. Their solution was for me to input the trips manually. Really!?! How about you fix your product! Right now I would not recommend this app.
