Very disappointing. Food just ok. Service disorganized. Some servers even unpleasant. Had to ask 3 times just to get lemon wedges. Dessert took more than 20 minutes to arrive. Needed more coffee by then. Beautiful spot but that's not enough reason to return. The entire experience seemed amateurish. Resting on their laurels?

Lisa was the manager on the night shift that came by our table to apologize for a mix up on s drink. My wife loves French Martinis and we had to GTS (google)as my 81 year old mother told me. Regardless after we were well into dinner Lisa came by and said she was sorry about the confusion and had a wonderful French Martini made up. I was impressed by the service as I had forgotten about the drink long ago that evening. All turned out well. Robert was s great waiter! Kid is sharp. He’ll probably own the place in a couple years:) jeff and Mary Pat and Jay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful boutique hotel this weekend. We were up from San Francisco. From the moment we pulled up out front, we were greeted warmly and shown into the lovely lobby. Ametha took care of our registration swiftly and in such a nice manner that we felt welcome right away. We then proceeded to our room and loved the entire feel of it. The bathroom was spacious, had a huge tub and walk in separate shower, as well as a private water closet. Our bed was extremely comfortable with ample pillows. I ended up purchasing one of the robes provided in the room because it was so comfortable and an excellent value. The Oxford Hotel is our go-to destination in Bend from now on!

Trip Advisor remains a good resource for planning our long term travels, but i don't completely trust it. I've found that it doesn't list hotels that I can't book through TA. It's an obvious bias to push me to the hotels TA gets a fee from. Also when I've looked for a list of nearby restaurants it doesn't show me the closest spots, only the most popular. Both these things should be changed and then I will love TA again.

Simply based on the fact that Trip Advisor audits every posted to make sure that the review is genuine and void of influence due to compensation is enough for any issuer to received unbiased guidance as to where they should spend their hard-earned dollars! Thank for you all's commitment to excellence!

A great app to find great tips on trips you will be going to take. If everyone used this app and was honest like I am on both of my trips people would save money and time to enjoy on their vacations
