Excellent customer service and location

We stayed during Christmas in the hotel and we loved once we stepped out from the airport. The personal greeter already waiting for us and escorted us to the car. The room is ready for us around noon time; therefore, we can check in and take a nap since our flight is departed at 7am. The location is perfect for first timer because everything is closed by. Also, the hotel provided all the amenities we needed during our stay. The room was super quiet once we closed the door even we stayed at the street side. The only thing the hotel may need to improve was the breakfast. However, since Lisboa has so many good cuisine, go out to explore the foods and scenes in Lisboa. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Useless without sort feature

App used to be great but it is useless without sort options for hotels.
Difficult to navigate

This user interface is just bad. There’s no easy way to share trips with others. If you send out a link of a trip you’ve made it will just take those who click on it to the TripAdvisor home page.

The best Chinese food in The Villages! The food is fresh and tasty, not greasy. I love their fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The chicken is all white meat. The people are nice and accommodating.
They took away traveler ranking

On the trip advisor app you used to be able to sort hotels by either value or by traveler ranking. Recently however TripAdvisor took away the ability to sort by traveler ranking and this was a much used feature. Please bring it back!

A must stop location and sure to be a highlight of your trip. Amazing staff best IceCream ever so many choices of goodies from Popcorn to fudge. This is a true Gem

I am not sure who “optimized” the app… I can’t easily filter by travel ranking vs best value and the map is wonky and it’s crashing… I will try desktop again before I have to completely rethink how I plan travel. Sometimes you really don’t need to touch a good thing!!!!!!!
David was a fantastic host!

David kept us informed, laughing, and on our toes while we enjoyed the old smoky whiskey tasting! Many of us came back after walking the strip to purchase various selections of the pours which David had provided early in the day! This is most definitely a must do tasting if you like whiskey or think you will!!
Massage great, noise annoying

Massage and location amazing. Had a 90 minute massage, it was awesome at $49. However the bar is right under the massage place with extremely loud music and even louder people. I brought ear plugs with me as read some reviews about music but this is like having a massage in a nightclub with people screaming shot shot shot constantly right in your ear with laughter from drunk people etc. this isn’t just a bar with some quite background music. Bar starts playing music at 9 AM.
