Can’t log in

For months now, my fingerprint isn’t working until the third or fourth try. When I finally give up and enter my password, it still won’t let me in.

Since the last update it won’t work, at all. I can’t even get through to tech support and my local branch tells me everything I already know or have done. Before this update I used the app for everything, but I can’t use it for nothing now.

I have been with tri-counties for over 10 years and am seriously considering changing banks all because of how bad the app experience is. Trying to access my own accounts now feels like rolling a dice. Will it let me log in or not? Not to mention the concerns this raises about the security of the bank if something as basic as logging into the mobile app is so problematic. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Tri-counties otherwise, but this app is an unmitigated disaster.
A great app, when one can use it.

It won't allow one to use it if there is an update, though. My only computer is an iPhone, and the cursed device will not download any updates without wifi, even though it's set to download/update over the cellular network. Luckily, this wonderful small bank is small enough to keep it's tellers, and they all know their customers by face and name, so even without the mostly great app, I can still bank remotely.

why should i buy a brand new iphone just to use the app ? my phone won’t update to ios13, i use this app all the time. i don’t know what im supposed to do now.
