App worked fine until last update. Now it just gets stuck on first loading screen. Please fix.
New app won’t let me in banking. I think it takes to much room.

I haven’t even been able to get to the login screen for the past two weeks. I realize I can do it the old fashion way... kind of defeats the purpose of having an app though. On a positive note, I do love banking with Tri Counties

I love this app but for the past week and a half it’s been stuck on the opening screen

Will not let me deposit a check when I go to take a picture it keeps telling me to take a picture of the front of check even though I’m trying to take a picture of the front and if I do it manually I take the pictures and it tells me it can read the numbers. With the new update you broke the app
App wont open

After the last update in the beginning of June the mobile personal banking app wont load on on IPhone 6. It took me 5 phone calls over a few weeks time to hear 5 different answers as to what the problem might be on my end. FINALLY I found out the problem; their latest update isn’t compatible with my phone. They’re working on it. MIGHT be fixed in several weeks time; during a pandemic in which I’m staying home due to being high risk. Perfect.

Like the app, just updated yesterday latest version and cannot open the app now. Running this on an iPhone 8
Crashes on iOS 14

Be very cautious when installing iOS 14, I have two devices that no longer open this app after upgrading. I ran the betas (of 14) and reported this issue twice.
