App doesn’t work – Tri Counties Bank Mobile Review

I have been with tri-counties for over 10 years and am seriously considering changing banks all because of how bad the app experience is. Trying to access my own accounts now feels like rolling a dice. Will it let me log in or not? Not to mention the concerns this raises about the security of the bank if something as basic as logging into the mobile app is so problematic. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Tri-counties otherwise, but this app is an unmitigated disaster.
