Trend Micro's mobile security for iOS is good as always but the app could use some improvement. mobile security needs an update of features/controls (like an option to turn off notifications for every blocked ad/tracker - this can be distracting considering there are sooooTM has proven their credibility and the quality their content.Trend Micro almost always the "first on the scene" cyber security threat detection. They act quickly and share openly.... I will change to 5 stars if the iOS mobile security app gets a face lift and maybe new features for paying customers? The app looks exactly as it did at least two years ago, which I can live with if you fix the VPN from repeatedly turning off without warning. please fix! Trend Micro let me be the first to say thank you for making life easier and also making it a bit harder for creepers to keep creepin... you are making a difference in the lives of (extra)ordinary people. Thank you.

I have purchased the app for computer iPad iPhone it will not download to iPad or phone I have always had Trend Micro the customer service is very poor

I had a brain injury in 2014 so learning it all is taking time. I have a terribly smart hacker. Having PTSD and dealing with not being able to go online and having no privacy at all, finding my phone changed constantly stealing my Apple ID by changing my password and generally making all activity online difficult is my issue. This product is helping. I haven’t found anything yet which does. As I learn more maybe it will work even better! Learning more, now let’s see if it holds!

Did the checking of the Facebook Privacy setting just open me up to hackers. Who knows. A lot of resetting of information on the browser then the app says it can’t check the privacy settings. The mobile app is kind of useless in my opinion.

Renewing on another device

I just renewed with a new key number. But it will not let me renew on another device. It keeps going in circles! I wish they can just put in a place to put on a renewal entry on each device. Help! Updated: 5/15/20- Trend was quick to respond and help me update my devices. Thank you Trend. That’s why I have been a regular customer for many years!

Working well so far but please fix the situation where nest camera app crashes each time I want to view my home. Each time I have to disable web guard to use nest camera app which is not convenient. Anytime I disable web guard, I always forgot to re-enable it back. Please fix this.
