Use swapped this program from Kaspersky on Best Buy’s recommendation and program extension for another year. Haven’t had much time other than basic set up. So far so good.

Seems to be pretty good overall with no performance hit on iPhone 7 but for some reason I am constantly finding the VPN turned off. When I open the app, the content shield icon is flashing and the circle is “circling” like it doesn’t know if it should be off or on. When I click on it, then it’s on- but a day or two later it’s back again to that weird state...hoping an update will fix this. Update - Based on the developer response I went into settings to start collecting logs on 2/12 and the only option is to “collect log” and that option sends the log off immediately to trendmicro. I don’t see any option to collect them and send them to my personal email where I can then forward them - somethings off here ...

I just bought the yearly subscription, my Apple account was billed, but every time I try to login the app crashes. I went to the app community support page, entered my passes order, (which I did repeatedly, checking each character entry for correctness), and a message tells me that I have entered an invalid password. Please resolve immediately or return my payment. This does not speak well for your security or utility.
VPN blocking internet access

For some reason the most recents app versions has been very unstable with the result of randomly blocking my internet access. It could be on the server side where the problem lies. Edit: It has been a couple of weeks since the above was posted and it has essentially stopped working. When the VPN is on I have no internet access. It just keeps on turning itself on and off blindingly fast.
