Renewing on another device – Trend Micro Mobile Security Review

I just renewed with a new key number. But it will not let me renew on another device. It keeps going in circles! I wish they can just put in a place to put on a renewal entry on each device. Help! Updated: 5/15/20- Trend was quick to respond and help me update my devices. Thank you Trend. That’s why I have been a regular customer for many years!
