Hello? Travis, are you listening or reading your reviews??? I have used many banks over the last several years and consolidated everything to Travis to make things easier. I have found the online and app banking to be very difficult to use. With every update they seem to get worse. I have had to request the desktop version to be able to get things done, and now with the latest update, the screens do not display correctly and don’t fit on my iPhone or iPad screens. When I access the desktop version I run into “access denied” screens. I do the vast majority of my banking online, other local banks and credit unions are doing much better with their online banking, I am seriously considering going back. One star only because I have to.

This app is basically unusable for the reasons already stated in previous reviews. The credit union should fall back to the previous version.

The new mobile app is a disaster and the Touch ID does not seem to work anymore. TravisCU mobile banking has become very cumbersome.

The TCU app was great, but since the update the Bill Pay page does NOT fit the screen! You cannot see the entire right hand column with critical data that you need! Fix this!!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst banking app I have ever seen. It’s not user friendly with too many screens within screens, it’s slow, and I constantly have to restart the app after crashing. I am extremely disappointed with this update to a once accessible application. *please return the old update please*

I guess Snapchat and Travis Credit Union have the same app development team. Prior to the recent update, the app was quite useful. While the interface seemed dated, it was very simply to follow and understand, and it was extremely responsive. Plenty of fellow members have voiced their opinions on the new app so I won't repeat what's already been said. However, I hope you people at corporate are reading this because it's a serious step in the wrong direction. If it wasn't for the easy login using touch id, I would delete the app and use the web interface.

The app used to work great until they updated it. Now it’s super slow and I hate using it. Please fix it

I agree with all of the bad reviews 1000%. I thought it was just my mobile phone until i deleted the App and try to reload it, and that’s when I saw all these bad reviews and I AGREE WITH ALL OF THEM. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD APP.

I agree with everyone else here, ever since the new update, the app is sloooooow and buggy. Half the screen is taken up so I barely see my accounts and transactions. Please fix this soon!
