Love the app. Very smooth and nice look. Easy to navigate. Account details, deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills. Everything you need from a mobile banking app.
Worst online web site & app.
Still a customer for now
The title says it all! Fix it! When i call to the banks online help number...a 16 minute wait on hold is what I’m told by a robot.. for a change, they know they have crap for web site, why else is it the only line at Travis that has a wait, people are complaining! FIX IT!

I’ve had a variety of banks. Golden 1 took forever to make our mobile deposits appear in our account. With Travis they’re always prompt and almost immediate. They also have really good security measures. I’ve been notified when there’s fishy activity in my account and they took care of all of it! They are also open on weekends and have good hours. Overall it’s a cute little Atwater branch!

I’ve had Travis for years, and the app since it became available with no problems. But I haven’t been able to get my app to open for weeks now. It just spins. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it several times with no luck. Don’t know what’s wrong but hope it gets fixed soon.

This app is why you lose customers. Crashes for no reason, fingerprint ID stops working for no reason. No one uses a desktop anymore! Get a better mobile app please. 2/8/19 Edit: Once again my fingerprint ID is having issues. It doesn’t even pop up, but I can see All the times I’ve registered. It’s like you fix one thing and break something else. Your doing a great disservice to your members and your company. 3/3/19 Edit: Touch ID is gone again ☹️

This app is so frustrating. One day it’s fine and then it’s terrible the next , so laggy and unresponsive half the time. Won’t even open up most times, takes years for me just to look at my balances. Lucky this is my bank and i don’t have a choice for the app
