I had this app for less than a year it messed up my voicemail and then sends me texts if I Resubscribe they can fix my voicemail. Telling me what numbers called worked but other than that I hate this app.
Why I put app is not even opening ??????its opened when you do payment and after it doesn’t work

I purchased this for immediate help to stop a crazy person from calling me. I still got 100+ calls from the person in under an hour. This was useless. I did everything I was supposed to and the call was unmasked but it did nothing when I blacklisted/blocked him. Waste of money.

My previous review was interpreted to be a “carrier change” issue I’m on AT&T and always have been. The phone app doesn’t work (logs in and crashes in about two seconds) and there is no way to get back off of this service if you cancel. They bury something in your settings when you authorize the setup that allows them to take hostage of your voicemail. You cannot get your voicemail back once this happens. ALSO - I cannot log back in to the web app on Chrome. It says that I have an incorrect phone number, but I am able to access my account on Safari (currently afraid to log out because that is the only way I can get to my voicemail since the app is unstable) THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ALLOW THIS SERVICE TO HOLD YOUR SENSITIVE VOICEMAIL AND COMMUNICATIONS LOGS HOSTAGE!

I am highly upset my cancelation wouldn’t go through after I kept getting crazy prank calls and I still couldn’t block the number and I did not like the service I cancelled before my trial ended and it charged me a crazy amount of money still 1 star because I want my money back and the cancelation process is extremely tricky

It does block but it blocks the people that are in my contacts and I tried whitelisting them but it still blocks them which is annoying.

I paid for the service it didn’t work I went to deactivate the service my phone wouldn’t even deactivate because the app keeps picking up and hanging up my line... I can’t even access a voicemail...
