I barely used this app today and unfortunately it did not work on my phone I chatted with the support team to get this issue resolved and it’s still not working my voicemail isn’t working and when it does unmask a call it’s not even from The number calling my phone! I’m very unhappy with this app!!

I don’t have a problem with an app charging for their services. This app might be worth the money but I dislike wasting time signing up for something that I believed to be free and then finding out there’s a charge - I consider that a dishonest business practice. Deleting the app

Difficult time with the process

I canceled days before the free trial was up and removed app from my iPhone. 3 days later, Trap call was still working. You have to go through some steps, that felt unsecured to me, to get them to stop their actions.

I used this app once before with no problems. Now when I paid the fee and signed back up and it keeps telling me my billing didn’t go threw even though it did. So now I’m stuck and can’t get past it to finish installing the program. Ugghh...I could use some help here.

Does not make sense

I got this app and the call never went through. I tried over and over again. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this because I paid for a month and it won’t even work. Now I have to cancel my payment.

As soon as I installed it I called with my home phone number blocked. It showed some number 5 states away. Tried it again it worked. Tried again and it failed. Seems results vary I tried it again, gives a bogus #.

It didn’t take long for me to find out who was calling my phone block it immediately work I would definitely recommend this app to family and friends

I don’t get this

Trying to create an account as requested by the app but it keeps saying my number is invalid I don’t get....have even checked and called others to cross check it out,it’s correct but it keeps saying my number is invalid....if this can be fix i would be happy cus I really desperately need to use it.
