With the amount of scams and phony calls I get once in awhile this tool has been fantastic.

Updated review 6/5/18 The review below was posted many months ago: oddly today I got a response from the developer that was the same response from many month ago. In any event, what I experienced below (original review) is what I experienced. The spam calls have tapered off, however. The app has some use. I’ve grown to trust it a bit more. Got it for my spouse also. ============= It is interesting that the developer says they can't delete reviews and yet nonetheless my previous review went missing. Oddly, the developer even says they responded to my previous review, and so they do acknowledge that it did exist and they reviewed it -- and yet it mysteriously disappeared. Hmm. Perhaps they "had it deleted" for them, though they deleted it not themselves. Moreover, I am not the only one having such issues, as is implied by the developer, as the clause "fueling both sides of the war" was actually borrowed from another reviewer who complained of the same kinds of things I'm experiencing. No coincidence. ======== They actually deleted my previous review: I guess it hit too close to home. BEFORE installing this app I had a few spam calls a week. Thought the app would be useful, so I bought it. AFTER installing the app I now have DOZENS of spam calls a week. Coincidence? I think not. But now I am indeed "Trapped": because if I now delete the app, all these spam callers (who "mysteriously" obtained my number AFTER I signed up for this app and service) would get through. The Trap is actually sprung on the purchasers of this app and the service -- after they buy. The app and service seems to be fueling both sides of the war: seems to be (metaphorically) like a service that gives out your address to arsonists ... so that they can then act like the hero fireman. VERY SUSPICIOUS APP

Looks can be deceiving.. I didn’t realize this was a subscription deal until I downloaded the app; thinking it was free. You guys should make that clear up front. I have since deleted the app cause I cannot afford your subscription prices.

The app does great with unmasking call. I will say that much. I have been a paying customer since 2014 and I’ve never not paid. So I want to say customer service means everything to a paying customer. But unfortunately we aren’t able to reach you all anymore by phone only through online chat and only M-F today’s Sunday and I need your help but ??. Then this situation with my voicemails and ALL of the calls being forwarded back so it seems that they’ve called twice is a bit aggravating. I really like this app and just recently upgraded to the premium and it’s only been about a week and I am starting to consider just canceling my service all together. As I am not so happy with the customer service and the “provided through the website??? Xxxxxx Sincerely a paying customer

Hi, I downloaded this app not to long ago, up until now I had no problems enabling it, now I can’t enable it till hours upon hours later so “that means I can’t get my voicemails” it’s very frustrating due to my position at my job. If this glitch can’t be fixed I have no choice but to delete this app. Otherwise I would give it a five star..... I’ve been trying to cancel TrapCall for a week to no avail, I’m emailing Dan@teltech all week no response. NOW WHAT???????

Won’t unblock

It won’t unblock some of my calls. It will show me people in my contacts calling but won’t allow the call to come through. Over the troubleshooting this is the last month I will be paying for this app.

I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND I HAVE TO LOGIN EVERY SINGLE DAY AND VALIDATE MY ACCOUNT. HOW CAN IT IDENTIFY NUMBERS WHEN I HAVE TO LOGIN AFTER THE FACT.
