Incoming calls are charged, stay away

Was not informed or in any of there adds or templates clearly telling that incoming calls r charged, else would have never bought it. This is not right. My review and recommendations for this is stay away and don’t buy it. Its better to stick with other real carrier, as cost will come out to be same. I seems i was been cheated.

Not opening for past 3 days

I have had a TracFone for years and love the service and the cost. Just ordered a new phone and lucked out, did not have to call for help to get it set up. There call center is a terrible!!! When ever you need help plan on at LEAST an hour. The computers are slow and they are waiting on there end and you of course are waiting. Ten if you need technical help you always have to talk to the person in training for an hour or more before they transfer you to the person that can fix your problem in 2 minutes. But the app is good if you can get your answer there and if it is up and running. Took me all morning to order my new phone because there was some kind of problem. I did get free 2 two shipping from FedX and it only took 5 days to get here!.

Promos are fraud

Trying to purchase annual air time with a promo code deal but it tells me something stupid thing about error in purchase with 0 amount. Every time I use their site I have problems. Their promos are a fraud and will not work, perhaps a complaint to the FTC is in order!
