Slow and clunky but works.

The app is slow and clunky but works. The Trackfone Myaccount app needs a major makeover. It just needs to be redesign from the ground up. Seems to me like they are still using the same API codes from the “Nokia monochrome days. As new technology comes along, they just patch on new codes with whatever chewing gum they can find. When new codes are out of reach, we’ll, they just paint over the old ones. Honestly the app works if you are patient and persistent to get around nonsense.

So far so good. Just bought a s iPhone 6s from Tracphone and love it. Never a problem or issue in about 8 years or so. Very responsive to concerns and easy to contact 24/7.

Pros: Have always liked Tracfone because it saves so much money for a student who doesn’t need a lot of text/min. Just needed an available number for emergency use. Cons: The app could be better when it comes to loading. Also maybe like give free data access while using the app because I couldn’t buy more data when I’m out of data unless I have WiFi so it’s a huge problem when I’m out and I need data desperately. Bugs to be fixed: After I bought mins/data the app brings me back to dashboard but I couldn’t buy more airtime if I want to. Only the last 4-5 buttons are there. The add and buy airtime went missing unless I exit the app and login again. Also the loading on my a available text/min/data seems to always not be accurate. And the loading takes very long or doesn’t load at all. Additional suggestion/request: On top of free access while using app because (more likely than not you’ll get more people to buy your product anyway), can you show details of the plans the users currently have. I clicked on my auto refill plan to check on it and I could not find details of exactly how many mins/data/text other than price and plan. Anyway, I still like this plan overall despite some flaws in app. Saves me money in general and from where I’m from, cell service is not bad. (Except sometimes during heavy rain, call will go through but actually the other end wouldn’t receive it, not sure what problem exactly it is)

Very happy with the service I have been getting have not been any where that I have not been able to get service. Very Very happy with price I pay for me it’s only been a few dollars a month on average just bought my first card in well over six months for thirty five dollars which will last me for months love this plan.

I have been very happy with service from tracfone. Web site makes it easy to track my plan and know if I need to add additional time, text or phone. Only wish we would have coverage in Canada.
