When I initially got this app I was an on again /off again thing. But now it’s getting a lot more stable and I can count on it to work ( I’ll say 90% of the time now) I think with a few more bug fixes this app will be as good as just texting to add airtime . Keep up the good work . You’ve come a long way ....
Has bugs constantly

Either it doesn’t show ad ons for services, or it won’t let you tap the pay now button after entering your card number, or the app will just crash. There is always something.

Too bad Tracfone can’t have a better app for their otherwise fine service. The interface is not very intuitive, and when you try to put in the CVV for a credit card, the pop-up number pad obscures the “continue” button so you can’t proceed with the in-app purchase of airtime or addition of data.

I really don’t know what’s going on with TracFone I don’t even want to give it one star just got the minutes put on I can’t call anyone know where I was I keep saying it is it’s roaming tried turning it on and I tried turning it off I think this stinks like yesterday’s diapers

Great services n prices, plus I love the fact you can buy a year for a very reasonable price n the through out the year just add Adonis for what you use most. Instead a monthly plan with other carries of Addams that you don’t use that much. Great..

After several days, many attempts and much frustration my problems were resolved. I love the convenience of Tracfone and the ability to have a phone without a monthly fee. I upgraded my phone and my service causing a few problems but I texted 611-611 and after a few attempts and a few hours I got a technician that succeeded in transferring my services.
Great for the price...but cannot create a hotspot

Tracfone is great for the price...but cannot create a hotspot. I bought an iPhone 7 so I could do some internet work while traveling, but even though it is a feature of the phone, Tracfone disabled this feature....big disappointment!
