I never ever take the time to fill out a review but this app has made me do something I have never done..... Beware at first you feel welcome however you items can be posted and no matter how low or how bundled it could be it takes a while to do a sale I have been n this app selling and I haven't yet sold a thing and they are new items for less than $5.00 go figure. I did post somethings that was not in the do not post list and they got removed because they are products that should not be sold. One if you changed the rules give us a break ..... Not only that I understand if the product is used however it's new in the box if the item is sold they are more than happy to take the 20% that they charge it's a waste of time. There are a lot of other apps that leave you money and treat u a lot better and you get your business working faster than this app I really don t recommend very bad experience I bet if I purchas something I might has a better one but I didn't tired to sell for over 6 months didn't sell anything I'm done and moving on .

This site is addictive! Love being able to find cute clothes and selling my own clothes. I've had only a couple issues with sellers and their clothes, but almost everyone I've come across is awesome and was willing to either give me a refund or credit. The Totspot customer service people are a little slow getting back to you, but they are very supportive and easy to work with. There are a few glitches in the app. Sometimes it freezes and I have to close out them reopen. Overall it's been a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

I've been using totspot for a few weeks now and I really do like it: it's easy to use, people do actually buy stuff and it feels so nice to offload all my clothes that would otherwise be packed away. The one thing to watch out for: if someone ends up buying a lot of your items YOU PAY shipping! I was so mad when I figured this out the hard way. Someone bought about 25 items out of my closet and it ended up costing me to send a 6lb box! (And it was all onsies and light weight outfits). After pricing things low, and then offering a bundle discount and THEN having to pay for shipping materials and the extra shipping I wound up making so little from a ton of really nice clothes (most of it was organic, barely worn!). Had each piece been sold individually or even 2,3 or 4 pieces it would have been fine but I have no control over how much someone buys.

Be sure to keep track of your sales!

At first I really liked using this site. As soon as I started selling I noticed a couple of things I didn't like. First off, I made my first sale 3 weeks ago, I have proof that it was delivered and I still have not received payment for it. I have no problem with the amount totspot takes from my sales, I'm just a little ticked off that I haven't received funds for a sale 3 weeks ago. Second, you can't delete comments! It's super annoying, I accidentally misquoted a price to someone in the comment section and it was impossible to delete, which led to a misunderstanding and the person ended up not buying. Hoping the next update will fix these bugs...

I haven't sold anything yet... But my main desire is to purchase high end designer pieces. I have came across some good finds. For reasonable prices.

I LOVE this app! My only complaint is that I cannot sort items by "newly listed", etc. I feel like I have to scroll for hours before I see the new stuff that I haven't already seen. Please fix this!

Not worth it!

Notspot!

The price of shipping is just way to high. It cuts into the profits of the seller to much. Also, it takes a very long time to sell your items. If people purchase multiple items (up to 3) from you then your stuck paying the shipping difference because they charge the buyer the same shipping as if they had only bought one item. As stated in other reviews you would be better off selling to an actual consignment shop than here.

I have had this app for a few years now and hardly sold anything. I have posted 100s of items and did sell some things but mostly just children's items when I would price really cheap or offer a very large discount on bundling items. This is more of an app to shop on or sell for fun and not worried about selling quickly. If your trying to sell for an income or any kind of consistency don't use this app, it's not worth your time.

This is the best app for selling and buying for the whole family! With the new update, selling and buying has been made even easier. Also, the support team is better than ever with specific questions to better handle your needs. I love apps with creators that listen to their users and work hard to bring changes that take an already incredible app to new heights. It's awesome that I can bring home a little bacon via TS too! It's so easy to just take pics and list. It's a way for me to express myself creatively and run a mini business. I'd recommend it to anyone! ❤️
