The price of shipping is just way to high. They charge the seller $1 on anything sold for less than $5. It cuts into the profits of the seller to much. This company is VERY greedy!! Also, it takes a very long time to sell your items. If people purchase multiple items (up to 3) from you then your stuck paying the shipping difference because they charge the buyer the same shipping as if they had only bought one item. As stated in other reviews you would be better off selling to an actual consignment shop than here.

This is my last chance for this app. I've now left 2 bad reviews that have gone unnoticed. As usual, the camera is a pain. Turnaround is slow. No customer service. Seller pays for extra shipping. BUT NOW, they are taking $1 of all sales under $5. So if I sell something for $1, they are taking all of it. Uhhhh okay?! Greedy, greedy. They are turning this into an elite app, that is only brand new items or really expensive brand name items. This app needs a lot of help.

There are so many issues with Totspot where do I start?? Suspicious of their accounting methods. I KNOW I've had $ balances inexplicably disappear. Bad sellers who cancel purchases. Buyers who never respond to their purchase so pmt is always delayed. Forget contacting support, they take ages to respond and then offer no solutions. Go to Poshmark or Kidizen!!

I've used totspot for quite a while and loved the app and have sold many items. Unfortunately, they've changed too many things recently. 1) they added adult clothing and accessories. Once this change happened, I felt like my closet was lost in all the non "tot" type listings. 2) they started charging sellers the additional shipping for bundled items (w/o notice). 3) as of 8/1/16, anything sold under $5 is charged a flat $1 commission. That was the final straw for me and I'm closing my closet today...

Back then iam selling lots of item but when parties came up i can't sell anymore because they only have certain brands. They don't have a party like all kids shoes or womens shoes or kids clothing or mens clothing... I hope they soon to have parties like that
