I love this site, gives me a chance to exchange my kids clothes and buy stuff for them from cash gained here;) no loss !!

I've been selling clothes on this app for 2 months and I've made $150 and I've bought great quality clothing for our children. I love this app, the members are friendly and helpful and I've received excellent customer support when I've had questions. Highly recommend!!

This website is not worth selling unless it actually kid items. Been on here for months and had 1 sale. On there website I'm selling. Don't waste your time loaded you stuff.

I've contacted totally via support multiple times about a buyer who scammed me and didn't return items. Money has been withdrawn from my account and I'm out 3 dresses. No one responds to me.

I absolutely love Totspot! I can always find really cute clothes for my daughter at affordable prices. With kids growing so fast, it's hard to keep them in clothes and still be able to live comfortably, but Totspot allows that, and allows them to be in style. I could not be more excited that I found it- it also has adults clothes which is cool for me too. I have only had 1 problem out of it where one seller took my money but never sent me my order. I tried contacting her and she wouldn't respond. So I contacted support. They took care of it and refunded my money quickly. I love this app and would recommend it to anyone.

Good to buy not to sell

I had a buyer who refused their package, and tracking said it was being returned (was never returned) and when I tried to contact support, received no response to cancel order. As I'm writing this, it had been 1 month since I contacted them, sent 3 messages, and still no response. As for buying, sellers tend to have good deals on kids clothes but if you ever come across a problem with your order, you'll lose out on money because you will never hear back from support.

Good luck if you ever have a problem because support is almost nonexistent. No replies at all to two different issues on separate occasions. On a third problem, I received a reply saying that they'll look into it (negative credits in my account) but they never fixed it and I ever heard back.

Half of notifications don't show, the app crashes regularly, the interface is not friendly. Have been actively using it for over a year and finally have had enough.

I joined Totspot about a month ago and I've purchased some Amazing clothes! Some are with tags and everything without tags are still like new! And everyone makes it fun-when you open the box people personally add their own special touch, such as tissue wrapping, ribbons, cards, even free gifts! As far as selling, all you need to do is ask questions and be involved. The more items you share, the more people will share yours which gets you more followers and more people buying. Everyone is so nice and you make friends and Totspot makes it fun and everyone WANTS to help you sell! Enjoying this app. Been able to sell many things rather quickly and have been reimbursed relatively quickly. Wish I could see what pending transactions were still waiting for release of funds.
