What the hell???? Where’s my money!

I had a lot of coins that I paid real money for then you go and change the way the app works and all my coins are gone, are you going to give me my money back?

This is now a completely different app from what I played in 2015 or 2016 this is now the exact same thing as the KO trivia app. I had I think about 20,000 tickets and up until I quit playing this app I had the bronze trophy every month now all of that is gone. I’m taking this app of my phone to save space and leaving KO trivia on.

I had well over 50,000 coins just a couple of days ago. When I opened the app today, I had to log back in, & my coins are all gone, & I’m back to square one. On top of all of that, there is no way to contact the developer!! I am posting this in hopes that they will respond, but if I don’t see any response in the next 2 weeks, I’m deleting this app. Terribly disappointed.

Where are the prizes?

I was saving coins to purchase cute socks. Now, they have taken away the prizes. Now, players can only turn in coins for tiny amounts of PayPal or other credits. Not fair. I wanted to purchase socks or a pen. This game is a scam. However, it is fun to play.

Update is horrible

The update has changed the game completely and taken the fun out of it. Not happy with it at all and I used to be a daily player.

for some reason the last updat leaves me unable to play as it opens, but says another update is necessary.

I had over 50,000 tickets which you needed to compete in trivia games to win items, had saved them for a while. Then all of a sudden they totally change the game and now you need coins. What a ripoff. Way to compensate customers who had invested in your original game. Thanks for nothing.

All it is is ads now! Even to win 5 coins. You get ads. To earn lives ..ads. To loose a game.ads. 35 second ads no matter what also it notifies you for big tournaments you aren’t joined to play but won’t notify you for ones you joined. Wth.
