Waste of time

This app is a complete waste of time. You think you might win something after a few years but you don’t. Then I got logged out and I forgot the password to my account, so sent an email to the company and they didn’t even bother to respond. It has been months. I’ve seen customers that works faster than this. I have money on that account so I really needed to log back in. I tried to log in on the updated version using sms and all is says is error when I put in my phone number and the screen freezes. I don’t recommend anyone to download this app. If I could I would give this zero stars. The customer service is bad and the app has all these prized that you will never really ever win. It’s a waste of space on you’re phone.

I had over 85,000 tickets. Then they created a whole new game and took away all my tickets.. TICKETS I PAID FOR. Be careful, they will take your money

It says u can use ur number to sign it but yet it won’t let u witch is dumb and idk why they updated it from how it use to be u didn’t have to do all this nonsense
Changed completely for the worse

I had 10,000 tickets which I could’ve used to win something nice. Now they changed everything to coins and it’s only 1 coin for 2 tickets so I have 5000 coins. Now the only prize I can get with that amount of coins is 5 cents when before I could’ve used my tickets to win some real stuff

I loved playing this game before they changed but now the new model makes it so hard to win anything and it’s just not fun anymore. I enjoyed it while it lasted.

I like to play trivia and you can play in games for free. However, you need to realize that if you want to win an item you are probably going to spend money to buy tickets to play. I have won 4 items so far, but you must be careful not to spend more than the item is worth. There are some players that always seem to be on and they seem to have an endless supply of tickets. So, good trivia, be very careful when you play.

I gave 2 stars because it is a interesting concept. However I took 2nd place in the last event I played and used the buy it now feature to still get the prize. That was Dec 23 it is now Feb 6 and I have yet to receive my order! Every time I put in a request I get told they shipped it on dec 27th and have 30 days for me to get it, well it’s been 46 days since I ordered and 42 days since they say the shipped it. All I want is what I payed for but no help and supposedly it was shipped via usps and they have no tracking info!

Don’t even bother! It’s the same few accounts that win every time! They bait you in thinking you’ve almost won and then they start the cheating that you can’t notice unless you don’t take your eyes off of it. I have screenshots showing where the person that took 1st place had their points kept increasing when you’re not suppose to be able to play again until someone else takes the lead. I emailed them about this and of course no response! Don’t waste your time or money!
