Update broke everything

Before this most recent update we occasionally had a minor problem with sync, but overall the app was great. The most recent update destroyed the app. The biggest problems are now fixed and the app is mostly useable, but problems persist. Timers sometimes work, sometimes reset themselves to zero, and sometimes appear to work until a second synced device is open. Chunks of data are missing. If we weren't so invested in this app already (months of.data!) I would.switch to another - as it is, I may switch anyway.

Timer and sync issues

Sleep timers disappear randomly. Sync is extremely unreliable. Without these two features this app is very difficult and frustrating to use. My family is now looking into other apps to use.

Fix the timers!! Or revert back to the previous version if can't fix them soon! I use this app to track everything for my babies!!

Need better explanation on iPhone app

I spent 4 days depressed, thinking I lost all data until I opened iPad app and it says "make a new account so the data will be bound to it". Apparently the same thing applies to the iPhone app. Make a new account and the data you had will still be there. Please explain it better so the users won't have a heart attack.

App continues to lose data (pumping sessions, milk inventory, etc). Support team is worthless and states things are fixed, but I've lost things from a week ago and just today. Used to be great, now it's awful.

Timer froze; Lost pumping data

App was great until it started freezing up on the pumping timer. I eventually had to delete the app and reinstall because nothing else would reset it. When I reinstalled, all my data was there except for pumping log and inventory. Considering that I'm having to almost exclusively pump and bottle feed at the moment, losing that history is unacceptable. Will be finding another app I can trust.

Would have given 5 stars but app crashes a lot. Sync problems as well. Great interface and easy to use. Stressful because app can't fully be trusted.

I used this app to track nursing and all the growth of my 3 kids since they were born. They just had an update and now all that data is lost and I can't retrieve it. I'm heartbroken. Now I will never know my kids growth patterns and history. This was my version of markings on a wall. I didn't back it up because I didn't know this change was coming. A warning to back up would have solved this problem as they obviously knew data from their loyal users would be lost (as a note saying so pops up when I now try unsuccessfully to login).
