Syncing STILL a problem

I noticed a message that said the syncing problem is fixed... Well, it's not. All my devices have the current iOS so how can I get them to sync?

As of today (8/26) I have not had any issues with the app. All of the timers are working and the syncing seems to be functioning as well. It has not frozen or required me to force quit and log back in. Hopefully the issues are fixed permanently because I use this app multiple times per day. When it's functioning well, it's a great app!

I have lost everything, with no warning from all 3 of my kids. I used to recomend this app to everyone. Never again. I am crying, everything is gone!!!

We have used this for 4.5 months for our twins. We're ok with occasional sync issues. Latest one told me to logout and login... but it cannot find my account (lost password) so I cannot login (can't make a new account because it says I have one!). My wife has to input everything and hopefully we don't lose data. Very frustrating that it just stopped working and I can not use the app after paying for it.
App basically useless now

Sync issues - can't see ANY data. Particularly problematic when my wife and I are making sure medicines are taken at the correct times. Developers are completely unresponsive to help requests. Used to love this app - now it's useless.

Like others, I have relied on this app for years and loved it...until the latest "update"- it is completely broken. Disappearing timers, unreliable syncing..beyond frustrating. Can we just go back to a previous install? This one was not ready for prime time
Buggy app

This version has major problems with syncing between devices. Also, lost ~24hrs of data which I can not recover. Following "fix" instructions for these issues does NOT work.

New update killed syncing. All the log out/log in solutions haven't helped. Seriously please fix this before I find a new app for us to use.
