Stay clear from this app. The merchandise is junk. I have ordered several things and they either do not work or are way different than what you order. Authentic yeah right. Complete junk. Such a waste of money.

So I’m a first time user/buyer and just got a bunch of awesome easy win bids. The price I paid I know for a fact is more than fair! In fact it’s almost a steal, some items can get you ripped off but be a smart buyer! I’ve heard a lot of bad things about items being in poor quality and never receiving items and then go on about how customer services ignore people just as the sellers themselves tend to. That’s what I was reading a lot of.... but!!! I have high expectations and hope ;)! I believe this will either be one of the most amazing things I’ve found but time will tell. 3 smart watches that all look great for around $40 total for all 3 maybe cheaper, now let’s see if I get the quality of “new” since that’s what the condition of everything I bought was in. If so then I’m a life long customer! Haha
Shipping cost and delivery times are a joke

I signed up for this app because I love secondhand marketplaces. Plus, I loved the idea of their $5 and $1 credits for signing up. However, after being on the site for only a few minutes, I noticed that A LOT of the items for up for auction have absurdly high shipping rates, we’re talking $36 for a one pound small object, plus delivery times of AT LEAST a month. This is just crazy. I don’t care how good the deal is, I can do better than waiting a month for delivery. Not sure what the appeal is here seeing as how you can find great deals on eBay Etsy Craigslist and Facebook without having to pay disgusting shipping costs and wait an absolutely unacceptable amount of time for a delivery. I never bid on anything: any site that is ok with sellers charging that kind of outrageous shipping cost and accepts one month delivery times can very kindly lose my business. I’m still a little in shock that the people at TopHatter allow that kind of ridiculous shipping service.

I bought three gifts for my wife on tophatter: shoes, tights, and a wireless charger. The shoes that were sent were the wrong size - 8 instead of 10. I returned it and they gave me a return label. So that was fine. The charger came from a seller ifirendonline who is from China. The chargers cord was way too short to rest it on my wife’s night table. It did not actually charge our phones. So it did not work. On top of that I spent $20 for it. I submitted a return. They wanted me to pay the $13 to ship it back to China. So I only get $7 out of this deal once I subtract three shippings fees. This company is a horrible company. Rinalt G is the person I have to deal with through email. He or She is terrible at customer service. I have looked up two numbers to talk to a real person but they lead to dead ends. Mr. Ashvin Kumar (ceo), Chris Estriech, Andrew Blachman, Leo Redmond, Mat Rubens have a terrible heartless incompetent app and business and I will make it my personal mission to write horrible reviews in every possible media that I can. I bought Too Faced and Urban Decay from a person with the seller name “on sale.” If you don’t ask to return within 30 days you are S outa luck. They have no phone number and it seems like a couple people returning e-mails but they keep referring to the 30 day policy even if it’s fake. I didn’t know my makeup was fake until my sisters friend said something. BEWARE

Not worth buying off here. Everything I have purchased have been crappy quality. Great photos to lure you in but when you receive the stuff it is crap. Go to your local dollar store and get the same cheap items. Not worth returning because of cost of shipping back to China. Super disappointed in everything received so far. Waste of time and money. Don’t waste your cash!!!!!!

This app is a SCAM. They will make you bid for the products that doesn't really cost that much. I ordered and wanted to cancel within 10 minutes but they didn't allow me to. After two weeks they shipped and within 3 weeks I received the product from China. Product looks cheap, no brand. Pretty sure it will take another 2 month to return. Regret about the order. Save yourself from this app. Do not order!
