Toolani is the worse international phone line app I have ever had. In middle of conversation it stocks and repeat your conversation over and over.
DO NOT GET THIS APP!

This app was a ripoff. The connect is terrible. I still have credit left the I need to use and it's pointless. Having a conversation and a certain part just keeps repeating. The cost of the call is cheaper than the other app that I was using but I never had this problem. Totally worthless garbage. Don't waste you money!!

The first couple times I used the app it worked seamlessly. Now when I use it (I have verizon) I will repeatedly get stuck with a message from Verizon saying "your call cannot be completed." Today I tried to call a few times and eventually it worked, but it still feels like I am rolling the dice. Sometimes the call never goes through. The app also seems to perform better if my wifi is turned off and I am using data. I'm optimistic that the app will perform as long as I try calling a few times, but it can be frustrating.

I've been using Toolani for several months, and it's been working well for me. I had one (1) call with poor reception, and when emailed them, they responded and fixed the problem immediately.

No internet connection, and it works on any phone and upon that it requires no extra sim. Great work by the creators.

This is just amazing. What a great idea, I love talikng through this app. I was amazed that it doesn't require any internet connection.
