I just signed up and topped it with $5 and every time I try to make an international call an automated response “ Sorry, we are unable to connect your call at this time” comes up.
Works well calls from Germany to US

I have been using for several weeks to call from Germany to US. It is cheap as promised And has worked very well and easy to use. Only drawback so far is sometimes cuts off when talking. Have made enough good calls without cutting off - to be able to rate 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if not calls were cut off.

Worst app to ever exist .. frauds you are with all poor connection and worst rates ever. Thought you would be better than Rebtel but not at all. Not sure why I was deceived by the good ratings which I thin your employees might be doing or sth like that

I was only able to make the first call and for several weeks I can’t connect, this is a fraud. I can’t use it to make any international calls. ????

My call Was never connected they still takes my minute each time email them in regard to credit back my minutes no one address my concern.. i don’t even know or see where to remove my billing account information there’s never a customer service when I try to chat or email my email have never reply still nothing.

I have been trying to get the Probate Department at the British Virgin Islands. When I manage to get someone to answer at customer service was have a hard time hearing each other. When I get transferred, it rings a long time and I get disconnected. This is a business call, and I really need to connect. I chose Toolani because it supposedly had the best connection. I’ve had better connections with using my ATT line but it’s just so expensive! But I guess Toolani saves money at the expense of quality sound.

I have bought $20.00 credit and take advantage of the 20% bunos. So now I have $24.40 credit, enough to call my niece to the Philippines, But when I try to call my neice, it's telling me to enter my card number followed by the pound key. What the heck! I want my money back. Or fix this scam!

This app is the best so far for calling landlines and cell phones all over the world. I call many countries in middle east with no hassle whatsoever. Recommended ??
