I am an American Expat to Barcelona, Spain. I have found this app to be so helpful. It is easy to pay, easy to use, and I have never had a problem! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! All you have to do is call the number you wish to call, and then call the number they give you. It is simple and works perfectly, at least for me, every time! Thank you Toolani.

I thought this was a gimmick at first. This app is a life saver and ridiculously cheap. I used it when in Australia calling USA and now visa versa since living in the US. I highly recommend and refer all my people to use this app

Very easy to use and good rates about $5 for 30 min to a mobile phone in the Philippines from USA. My wife can now stay connected to her family with relying on them having a internet connection. I recommend this service.

Been using toolani for awhile now and just got a $249 phone bill from my phone company Verizon claiming the app must not be working. I emailed toolani but never got a reply back and I’m not paying $249 when I’ve been using this app!!
