Loved the old app - this one is terrible

I’ve used the old app for 10 years and not happy with the new one at all. Text appears overlapping on my iPhone, notes can’t be scrolled through unless they are in edit mode. I hope an update will come soon as have been very happy the last 10 years!
Tasks have reappeared

I opened the app this morning and all my tasks disappeared. Log out and back in and there they were. This has been a reliable app for many years. Thanks

This app has been screwed up

I’ve used Toodledo for a decade. It has been amazing. Probably the app I’ve used the most. But now someone has apparently bought the company and created an “upgrade” that has totally screwed up the app. It is really really bad. I’m going to find a new task management app unless they fix this by the end of the week. Very very sad (and STUPID!)

This has been my most important app for many years and it was working just fine before the latest update. Now the sub tasks do not show up inline properly (although they do on the website; just not in the iOS versions). Also, even though I select that completed tasks be hidden they are showing up. I have used this app for years and always gave it 5 stars but now must give it two stars until they get the bugs worked out. Developers need to learn to leave well enough alone! I hope they fix the issues soon. This is not the most graphically pleasing to do app but when working properly it is by far the most efficient and logical.

This used to be a great app. It still functions, but it’s not the best and customer service is nonexistent. They recently released an update that wiped out users data. Mine had been in there for years. Did they send an apology to account holders? You might think that would be a given, but it’s not. They said nothing. I even tried to contact them and got nothing. They even pulled the app from the App Store. If you value customer service, communication or your data, you might want to look at alternatives. I can't really compare this app against the others available now. I looked pretty thoroughly when I chose this route a couple years ago and Toodledo had more of what I needed than other apps - and I tried a couple high rated/high priced ones first because I thought they must be better. I was wrong. I did upgrade the online service for a couple good reasons. I can access my tasks from either source. I get reminders from both (the app and web version) because that's the way I have it configured. I like the fact that this is a full featured app, allowing me to set it up the way that works best for me. I especially like that they don't bug me for reviews every time I use it like some apps do!
App deleted my entire Life

I’ve used this app for years and was very happy. Not anymore! Apparently the app’s recent update (automatic backup from apple) deleted ALL my information-every list, every task-EVERYTHING. NO WARNING. NO WAY TO UNDO THIS. Antiquated Sync system because this developer doesn’t want to play with the major players, obviously. I’ll survive and rebuild my lists, but I’ll do it without this sorry excuse for an organizational app. Now instead of recommending this to everyone (as I previously had) I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this one. Did you actually pay someone to develop that update??? I’m sure I’m not the only person angry about this today.
Deleted Data Came Back

Like many other reviewers, I used to LOVE this app. after the recent update, 2 major issues: • All of my tasks & notes disappeared. I panicked. Randomly, the data returned. This has happened 2-3 times so far. • When I view a note on iPhone, the top portion of the note isn’t viewable. the note view is fine on my iPad.
