I’ve never written a review but—

the controls had me mad enough to go through the trouble to write this. Couldn’t even get past the first stage. Absolutely unplayable. There is literally no need for it to be this hard to navigate a mobile game in 2018. Give the game two control pads like other games. I can’t even give it two stars because it is actually unplayable, there is no other experience to be had. Developers are ignoring the same reviews people have given. Lame.

Soundtrack bugs? Overall wonderful.

Update: I noticed that during some levels there is no music playing, I'm not sure if there is certain triggers that aren't being met during the gameplay but I haven't heard the soundtrack only ambient sounds i.e dogs barking, grunts, weapons firing, and suspense themed sounds when high off the ground and other sounds but I have not heard the main theme nor the venic theme. Perhaps this a bug but I would greatly appreciate an update having this soundtrack fixed. One of the beautiful things about the tomb raider on Playstation was how beautiful the music was especially the Venice theme. One of my favorites especially done with a orchestral rendition. I know this sounds crazy considering the game loads fairly quickly but I loved the loading screens as they articulated the setting and lara in all of them, maybe it's a stretch but if the level has loaded maybe it could say something along the lines of "tap to start" before jumping into a completely new level.

Very good

Tomb Raider III please. That's my favorite one. I've been waiting for it.

Tomb Raider 3

The controls fit the gameplay in that it's precision based. You enjoy playing it just because. There are no gimmicks or enticements to continue playing; it's raw. It's comforting like a cocoon. I'm glad that you added more levels to both of these, but I can only replay them a few times until I know everything there is to know. I've reached a personal ideal with final statistics and don't think I can beat it. This was the first game I bought after playing the demo that came with my new PS1. I think it was demo disc 5. Although I could only get through the first couple of levels at the time, this is a game enjoyed best by mature audiences. Please release the third one soon.

Childhood Fave!

Love this game! The controls were a bit tricky but I spend hours playing now that I've gotten use to them. It's like reliving my childhood all over again! Same feels from the original game and everything. I hope they do Tomb Raider 3! Life would be complete ?

True to the Original

Joseg821

I really applaud the teams that put this together, on both ends, specifically apple and Square Enix for designing a device to be able to play games and making an amazing game true to the original game. Grew up with, but with tasteful softenng of certain textures. It's brilliant! I plan to try this with a gamepad compatible with my phone.

Controls need work

Choking cinnamon

Great game!! Been waiting for tombraider on PC (iPad) for sometime. Controls do need work though. Like when trying to make her turn and move in that direction...it takes work to do that. Also when you press forward sometimes she glitches by slow walking. Other than that love it.

Please fix!

Medieval warrior

I want to save my game on my SD card like I used to be able to do. Game is great, but I want to have the SD card option fixed please. Thank you!

Venice

ArcanVm

Getting through the timed boat scene in Venice is next to impossible with the controls. Been trying for days. Love the game but this part is really frustrating me. It's like you cannot get the boat to go fast enough for some reason. Didn't have a problem on ps1 but on my tablet it's really really frustrating. Good game but feel like I'll never beat it

Love It! But could Tomb Raider 3 be released to IOS?

DeadHunter51

I love Tomb Raider 1 and 2, and I like Tomb Raider 3 as well. Could you be willing to make Tomb Raider 3?
