Finally!

My hearts desire has always been to welcome someone when they show up at my door. I have grown children and have struggled with this my entire adult life. My way of cleaning was to invite folks over and then turn into a crazy lady getting the house in order. I’ve tried written routines, they never work. Seriously, Tody is working beautifully and worth it. Come on in!

Exactly what we needed

Makes sure my husband and I don’t skip the “hard to see” or more difficult chores. Tracks how long it’s been since each chores and prioritizes the “dirtiest” based on frequency it should be done vs last-done-date. We also chose to have it rotate each chore between us back and forth (although it’s very flexible and you can use it how you like). Just the easy, no-maintenance-needed chore app I was looking for. Just set your preferred frequencies and needed chores for your household and then follow it. Comes helpfully pre-loaded with most common tasks (and common frequencies for each) you can select from for easy setup — plus as many make-your-owns as you like.

I’ve never reviewed an ap and I never buy apps....until this one. I was desperate to have something help me organize and stay on track with the housework. I tried a daily to-do, a chart system, etc. and nothing was realistic, because everyday and week is different. I love this because it lets you know exactly how long it’s been since something was done, which was what I struggled to remember. So, when I do find time here and there through the week, I can look and see what needs my attention most based on the last time it was dealt with. Game changer in helping me not feel overwhelmed and also keeping me motivated by trying to stay in the green! My only note would be that it would be nice for an “area” that is a one-time to-do list that doesn’t require repeating, but maybe has a deadline. Such as, order school pictures or buy shower gift. It would be nice to have all the to-do lists in one spot. Overall awesome ap and worth the purchase!!

The app instantly crashes whenever I touch the icon in the lower left corner of the screen.

Our family has tried several chore charts, lists and apps and this is definitely by far the best! I just wish you had the option to check off another users task as being done by you or as being done by them. I am constantly checking off my daughters tasks because she forgets to check them off after she completes them. Even though she did the work it gives me credit for completing the task because I am the one that checked it off.

Any app repeatedly requesting a rating and/or review receives a review from me explaining the one star rating they received for not understanding that some users simply don’t wish to review every app and don’t wish to be bothered about it!

This app is amazing!! Honestly 5 star but I really wish I could change the order of my to do list to custom... If my list says wipe counters and sweep floor I would like the counters on top... always working top to bottom... left to right... finishing one room at a time ?

This goes beyond your basic “to do list”. Tody really helps you see what needs done & when, so you can prioritize your to do list. I love that I can look at it and actually see how clean (or not) my house is & know exactly what needs tackled first. I haven’t gotten to use the new features much yet, but I’m so excited about them! First, I love that I can now set it that trash needs taken out on a specific day, instead having to set it to “once a week”. Also, I’ve thought many times, “I wish I could put things that only need done once”, and now I can!! I’m so thankful for this app and the updates!

Loving this app. I struggle with maintaining our house that feels huge when it’s messy. I have a full time job and 2 small children. (5 and 2) and I feel like it’s a constant battle to keep things tidy. The Tody app breaks I’m down into a manageable amount of cleaning each day and I find it so motivating to check everything off of my list. I KNOW that I was letting some chores go entirely too long because the daily tidy up felt like a lot of work to do. The first week it kind of stunk because EVERYTHING needed to be done, I broke it up and did one or two rooms a day and then have kept up from there. Love, love, love it.
