This app is perfect for me to create a regular cleaning schedule that can adapt when life gets too crazy, and I love that my fiancé can link to it on his phone so we can both address the most pressing house chores! It’s setup in a way that is very organized and easy to make a quick assessment even with dozens and dozens of different chores.

I’ve used Tody for over a year now and absolutely love it. It is great for keeping track of all my cleaning lists and when things have been done. It has replaced every cleaning list I use to keep on paper. No need for making a daily or spring cleaning cleaning list. Tody tracks it all and let’s me know when things need done. So user friendly even my ADHD brain doesn’t get overwhelmed. LOVE IT.

I have been looking for an app to help me keep up with my cleaning and organization of my home. I am easily distracted with high anxiety and this app helps me so much to feel accomplished instead of overwhelmed while getting through my daily and weekly tasks.

I tried a few methods to help me keep track of housework; Flylady, 3x5 cards, and a generic reminder app. This app is very similar to the 3x5 system, but it’s better because it’s very visual. The pictures of your dirty room motivates you to clean so you can log in your chores and fix the picture. It’s like a game. It took a few days to log in all my chores because I had so many and never could find a long enough stretch of time to sit down and transfer them all to the app. Now that I’m all set up, it’s easy to keep it up. You can track your progress and see which chores or items need the most attention. I only hesitated because of the up front price, but it’s well worth it. This has also helped to motivate my kids to help me keep the house clean. Everyone is happy to pitch in!

I downloaded this during quarantine to help me stay on top of cleaning habits and schedule even after getting back to my routine. My one suggestion would be to make things more editable. For example, certain tasks like laundry and dishes are set for “any time” meaning it doesn’t show up on my to do list. I wish it gave the option to keep it as such or to make it schedule-able. I like to do my laundry every Sunday, for example. My trash is collected every Tuesday so it would be nice to set that as a task for Mondays. (Yes, you can make you own customizable task for this, but I wish it had the option to change the existing).
This product is annoying.

This app has inflicted annoyance on my life. I can’t export from it so I can’t apply it to work processes I use and some one else has inflicted this cost and pain. my processes cant sync with it. So now I can’t organize my time and I get surprise chores that happen because I can’t predict the cycling order into the future and it is dependent on when the task is done. Csv or data export would have made this 5 stars instead of the most hated app on my phone.
