Love the fact there's an app for my Mac and all other IOS apps, so all tasks are synced seamlessly. I still find the Mac version a bit clunky in how it opens tasks to edit, but love the user-friendliness of the iPad and iPhone versions. I will continue using in the future

Long-time happy user (years). Beautiful, simple interface is good for my home todo stuff. More advanced features good for work projects. (Almost) no more paper. Syncs like a charm on iPhone, Mac, and sometimes I use it online, too. It’s in that bottom row on my iPhone (frequent use). Did I say it’s easy to use? Love it. 2018.06

I don’t normally write reviews but this app is worth taking the time to do so. I’ve had a process for managing my to-do list for decades and this is better. I have it on all my devices and use the cloud version on my laptop as well. Great application.

I’ve used many task managers over the years. Todo works great and does everything I need it to. Simplicity is one of my requirements and Todo fits the bill. It’s flexible enough to meet the needs of different kinds of users, but I love that it is simple, yet powerful. I’ve been using Todo for about 5 years and it just keeps getting better. I occasionally take a peek and give the new ones a test, but none have convinced me that they can do the job better overall than Todo. Love it.
