This app is a wonderful learning tool and a great way to communicate with my daughter. I love that she can either send a message almost like a text as well as in email format. The app is user friendly for both the parents and children and I love that I can choose who she can email and I get alerts when she gets a new one. Also this is a good tool to communicate while I'm at work and she is with the babysitter. I really don't want to get her a cell phone with the ability to call, text, and go online not knowing what she could be doing so having this app on her tablet where I can monitor everything is amazing!

Sent mail not making it to quarantine box

When my daughter sends mail it often vanishes. It looks sent from her box but doesn't show up for me to approve and the recipients aren't getting it. Otherwise it is a great design but the company really needs to fix the bugs especially since they charge for the service. I won't renew my subscription if this keeps up. I had to write a note to her teacher saying that she did try to send in an assignment before the deadline...
Perfect for young kids

This app is perfect for young kids that aren't ready to have a full-fledged email address. My sons school is very technical and many of his friends also have access to iPhones an email which she is not quite ready for. This is the perfect balance. Almost like training wheels for the modern world.

I've been using tocomail online and on the app. Somehow, the app deletes itself then takes almost a month to download again. It will not let me delete it either. Waste of time and storage.

I am really satisfied with this app, they keep making awesome updates, I have been using this app for 2 years and hadn't had a problem. I feel like my children are safe. The premium feature is making parental controls even better. Aproving and rejecting is super easy. You can do it right from your inbox. ❤️❤️❤️?

Great concept, I was hopeful based on reviews. Interface very confusing as you have sent and received messages in the same box. Hard for a seven-year-old who is new to email to use the product. Not sure what the concept was including both in the same box, but as an adult I find it very confusing
