Sent mail not making it to quarantine box – Tocomail - Email for Kids Review

When my daughter sends mail it often vanishes. It looks sent from her box but doesn't show up for me to approve and the recipients aren't getting it. Otherwise it is a great design but the company really needs to fix the bugs especially since they charge for the service. I won't renew my subscription if this keeps up. I had to write a note to her teacher saying that she did try to send in an assignment before the deadline...
