App Doesn’t Sync Between Different Devices

This app would be perfect if there were less commercials (especially because they will play the same commercial 10 times in a row!) and if the app would sync between different devices. I watch on my Roku and my phone, but if I watch an episode on one device, the other device doesn’t know that I’ve watched it, even though I’m using my same Spectrum account for both devices.
Please change up the commercials

I've seen the same 3 commercials approximately 100 times over watching maybe 12 episodes of a show. They play every time there is a break. The commercials advertising TLC shows make me never want to watch them because I get so annoyed. TLC please make more variety. Also often times when I pause it the app fails and doesnt remember my place and I have to manually get back to my place
Way to many commercials for on demand.

If I close out the app while watching the show for a second to answer a text or something I come back and the show starts over. If I try to skip ahead to where I was I have to watch about a million commercials. Once the show I’m watching is done I’m deleting the app!

Gave it 2 stars because when I am watching a show and need to pause it to go do something, it takes me back to the beginning of the show when I go back to hit play. Drives me nuts, because I am stuck watching all the commercials over again when I try to fast forward to the point I originally paused it at. Ugh.....
Please add Verizon/Fios!!!

All of my tv viewing apps have Verizon- NBC, ABC, AMC except this one. Why? Verizon/Fios cable provider is all over the place (at least in my viewing area which is Pgh, PA).
Unlocking shows. Unauthorized

It doesn’t let me unlock shows. I login with my cable provider and it tells me: “Unauthorized. Your cox cable setting does not included this content. I was able to unlock show before with no problem.
